Discount Exclusion: The percentage discount (“10% off” for VIP Gold and “15% off” for VIP Platinum) applies only to regular-priced merchandise and cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, promotions, or coupons.

Store Credit: Store credits provided as part of the subscription (i.e., $250 per installment for VIP Gold and $500 per installment for VIP Platinum) are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used in accordance with our store policies. Credits will be issued as a gift card after subscription activation.

Subscription Perks: Personal styling appointments and attendance at ULAH-hosted events are available by appointment only and subject to space and scheduling limitations. Gift items, including complimentary candles and merchandise, are offered at our discretion and while supplies last.
