Sierra Winter - Out West Necklace

Inspired by the colors on the Winter Ranch, this beaded, mixed metal necklace features tiger’s eye and turquoise, and has just the right amount of western edge.

Sterling silver is .925 genuine sterling silver, meaning the pieces are composed of 92.5% pure silver, the highest quality of silver that can be used in jewelry. Sterling silver pieces are stamped with 925 to mark their authenticity.

Gold vermeil is a heavy plating of 18 karat gold on top of a sterling silver base. Our gold vermeil pieces are plated with 2.5 microns of gold, and rings are plated with 4 microns. Outside of solid gold, gold vermeil is the highest quality standard in jewelry.

All of our gemstones are natural, not lab-created.

Cleaning: To keep your jewelry shiny & bright, it's important to clean them often. We advise you to do that with a dry polishing cloth or add one of our jewery cleaners.

Storage: It is recommended to store your jewelry individually in its pouch or baggie to prevent oxidation and avoid potential scratching from other jewelry.

Returns 

Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days (2 weeks). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items that have been sold at a discount of 50% or more cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

If you'd like us to provide a return label, please email contact@ulahkc.com and we'll email you one right back.  You can also write "include return label" in the notes section at checkout, and we'll put it in with your shipment. 

A $7.99 Shipping/Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received, we will process your refund and you'll receive a confirmation.  A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  

Digital Gift Cards

Digital gift cards cannot be redeemed in-store or returned. In-store gift cards are for use at our physical location, 4707 Rainbow Blvd only and cannot be returned.  If you need an In-store gift card converted to a digital gift card, you can call the store at 913-777-8734 and we'll help you.
